About
Born in Ireland in 1979, I completed school at 17 and graduated from college in Software Engineering after 3 years. Following a couple of years working in technology, I lived in Australia and worked there for a year in 2001. Upon my return, I spent the next 13 years working for Government semi-state agencies and technology companies. I returned to college to obtain a BBS Degree in Information Systems Management and a Certificate in Training during this time. In 2015, I moved to California and worked as a Director for 4.5 years. I found coaching in 2019 which paved the way for where I am today. I mostly took forward steps however, I had to go back a step at times to grow.
I completed my coach training, becoming a Certified Co-active coach (CPCC) with the Co-Active Training Institute in San Rafael, CA which is widely recognized as the most rigorous program in the industry. I am also certified with International Coaching Federation (ACC), and provide pro-bono hours for Pay Forward Coaching
Diversity is important to me with a focus on equality of opportunities.
